As this driver is likely to be used for newer Panasonic cameras, it has intentionally enabled H264. This will mean that mobile devices will default to H264, then fall back to MJPEG if that stream is not available. Warning, if this driver is used with older cameras that do NOT support H264, they will not perform as well as if you use the other driver that disables H264. This was tested with a Panasonic BL-VP 101.
