1) projector settings
The projector uses Wake-On-Lan to start up via an IP connection. This setting needs to be enabled from the projector settings menu to make the driver fully functional.
1. Connect the projector to a display device and turn it on manually.
2. Press the MENU button on the projector remote and navigate to SETUP MENU or the toolbox icon.
3. From within the SETUP MENU, navigate to REMOTE START and change the setting to ON to enable Wake-On-Lan.
4. OPTIONAL: Change the POWER SETTING option from STANDBY to OFF to disable auto shutdown.
2) Enter IP Port and IP address into Composer.
On the Projector driver Properties Tab, enter the IP Port of the Projector into the IP Port Property, then select the "Set" button. Do the same for IP Address.
NOTE: This driver is set to the default value of 53484. No action is necessary if 53484 is the correct port number.
ALSO NOTE: If the projector is not running the Properties page will not indicate "Connected to Network : TRUE" This is OK.
3) Enter MAC address into Composer.
On the Projector driver Properties Tab, enter the MAC address of the Projector into the Projector MAC address property, then select the "Set" button. The MAC address can be found in the NETWORK SETTING MENU of the projector.
To find projector MAC address, go to MENU, scroll down to INSTALLATION(wrench icon), select NETWORK SETTING.
Allowable MAC Address Formats: (XXXXXXXXXX), (XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX), (XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX).
NOTE: This is REQUIRED to make Wake-On-Lan function.
