All Rights Reserved. 8.0.1 EXTRA VEGETABLES DRIVER FOR HEATMISER WIFI THERMOSTATS This driver enables Heatmiser WiFi thermostats to be integrated with Control4. All thermostats (but not time clocks) can be integrated. Scheduling and set points changes are two way and can be adjusted on the the thermostat or Control4. Hot Water integration is limited to custom programming Device Specific commands to set the hot water On, Off or to Auto Mode. Hot water scheduling is not supported on the Control4 UI. Events are provided for Hot Water status changes. If you intend to use the Heatmiser iOS or Android Apps you MUST use the Heatmiser Multi-Link. The driver must connect directly to the thermostat and the mobile apps to the Multi-Link. ---------------------------------- BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS - Join the Thermostat to your WiFi network - Configure the Thermostat with a Static IP address outside of the routers DHCP range. - Ensure you can connect to the Thermostat's webpage. - Set the Thermostat scheduling into 7 day mode NOT the defualt 5/2 mode. - Make Composer connections to set the Thermostat as the Temperature Display and Temperature Control device for the appropriate room(s) - Enter the IP address of the Thermostat on the properties page. - If you changed the PIN number on the thermostat enter the correct PIN number. - Driver information will show when communication with the Thermostat is complete. ---------------------------------- UPDATING FROM VERSIONS PRIOR TO 7.0.1 The usual quick update procedure DOES NOT WORK. First make a note of the IP address settings for each thermostat currently in the project. Delete all the Heatmiser thermostats from the project. Restart the Controller Add and configure the new version 7 drivers in the project. Remember to make the Temperature and Temperature Control connections. This must be physically changed on thermostat. 7.0.5 - 17 June 2013 Will now automatically set the thermostat into 7 Day programming mode if it is found to be in 5/2 mode. To help with WiFi range issues if connection is lost to the stat the driver will continually try to reconnect every 60 seconds. 7.0.4 - May 2013 Corrects an error in the parsing of the expected temperature from a schedule.
