* TIMER Channel Ramp Delay-Milliseconds - This is the amount of time the driver will wait between sending channel commands when volume control button pressed without being released.
* TIMER Status Delay-Seconds - This is the amount of time the driver will wait for polling the TV status settings(power, volume, mute, external input, channel)

NOTES:
* Toshiba TV supports half mute feature. Control4 TV Proxy does not have support for half mute. Half mute is reported as mute off to proxy.
* The "#" key on the Control4 remote is mapped to "-" key so that digital channel entry is supported
* PC/HDMI2 are a shared audio input on the TV. Go to "SETUP"->"OPTIONS"->"INPUT OPTIONS" and toggle the "PC/HDMI 2 Audio" setting to change.
There is not a good way to determine this setting from inside Control4, so there are 2 separate inputs inside Control4 interface for controlling them.
* Component 1 and Video 2 are a shared audio/video input on the TV. The TV will auto select which input is active based on the input signal.
There is not a good way to determine this setting from inside Control4, so there are 2 separate inputs inside Control4 interface for controlling them.
* When the TV is powered off, either by Control4, remote or side panel button, it will mute the video and audio on the display for 60 seconds. After that, it
will reboot the TV and the TV will not respond to any commands for 90 seconds. After that, the TV will behave as normal.
