Device Capability:
By Default, Sharp TVs do not turn on with RS232 commands. The following procedure must be followed to Enable the use of the RS232 Power_On command:1. Connect TV to Control4 Controller with RS232 cable. 2. Manually turn TV power on. 3. Send the "ENABLE POWER_ON"command from Composer. (Enables TV to use ON command)4. Send command "POWER_OFF" from Composer. (TV turn off). 5. Send command "POWER_ON" from Composer. (TV turn on). To reset the Default setting , disabling the use of the RS232 Power_On Command:Send "DISABLE POWER_ON" command from Composer. (Sets "Default" tv cannot be turned with RS232)
